STEP ONE
Check the criteria for Hosted Meetinga Passes. Available for retailers, e-commerce firms and platform marketplaces; esports, gaming and gambling businesses; entertainment and broadcasting businesses; travel, transportation, and delivery services; social media platforms; e-health and healthcare providers. Also review the T&Cs.
STEP TWO
Once your pass has been approved, please familiarise yourself with our event speakers and partners.
STEP THREE
Once the Hosted Meetings Program platform goes live (closer to the event) you will be given access to log in to the dashboard and make your meeting selections.
STEP FOUR
At this stage the meetings selection phase closes and our Hosted Meetings Program team will connect you with our event partners.
